With a Kick-off workshop we present our team and the road to success. We prefer an Agile way of working, but Waterfall or something in between will also do.

During the Kick Off workshop with the stakeholders on location, the user stories and processes are elaborated in a solution design. During this workshop, possible pain points (for example user adoption) are also identified and choices are made to remove these pain points.

Design

Design

In this phase we set up the basis of Salesforce with configuration in accordance with the solution design and user stories. Design and support for the processes to be followed and ease of use will be central to the Salesforce design. A workshop will be given to present the configuration. During the validation workshop, the created functionality will be reviewed and mirrored to the solution design.

Develop

Develop

Custom made solutions by coding can be very useful to optimize the configuration. Integration with the various available solutions is a very important part to achieve an optimal 360 degree customer view.

Support

Training, Go-Live assistance and Remote Support is essential to get the most out of your Salesforce environment. OSH supports the client in Salesforce knowledge. The higher the Salesforce knowledge level at our clients, the more successfully they understand and use the Salesforce Platform.
