Implement Salesforce for Sales & Service to improve customer journey and enable 360 client view throughout the organisation.

T-Mobile wanted to make HR data leading for user management on all their applications. An integration with an Identity and Access management tool should enable them to do so.

The Solution

  • Automated User Management
  • Created role hierarchy
  • Improved integration between IAM and SF in collaboration with IAM supplier.
  • Created a matrix in SF that together with the integration creates users based on HR data with the right profiles and permissions set. This is now a fully automated process. Also offboarding is done automatically based on changes in HR data
