Implement Salesforce for Sales & Service to improve customer journey and enable 360 client view throughout the organisation.
T-Mobile wanted to make HR data leading for user management on all their applications. An integration with an Identity and Access management tool should enable them to do so.
- Automated User Management
- Created role hierarchy
- Improved integration between IAM and SF in collaboration with IAM supplier.
- Created a matrix in SF that together with the integration creates users based on HR data with the right profiles and permissions set. This is now a fully automated process. Also offboarding is done automatically based on changes in HR data
